Information collected through the contact forms

The homepage form asks for your name, email address, and message. Phone number is optional. The Bentley Residences inquiry form asks for your name and one contact method: email address or phone number. Residence interest and message are optional. Any personal information included in an optional message is also received.

How the information is used

Your inquiry is used to understand and respond to your real-estate question. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. The site does not send inquiry contents to analytics, Hostinger Reach, or a customer relationship management system.

How an inquiry is delivered

The form is validated on the website server and sent by email using the site’s authenticated Hostinger SMTP delivery. Samuel Arakel receives inquiries in the designated Gmail inbox. Hostinger processes information needed to host the website and route the email, and Google processes the delivered message through Gmail. Their practices are described in the Hostinger Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Email is not guaranteed to be confidential. Please do not submit sensitive financial, identity, or account credentials through the form.

Website storage and retention

The website does not save inquiry messages in WordPress posts, comments, a lead database, Hostinger Reach, a CRM, analytics, or browser storage. After delivery, the email and any copies are handled in the receiving mailbox and email systems under their applicable account and service settings. This website does not set an automatic deletion schedule for those mailbox copies.

To limit automated abuse, the form also uses the request’s IP address to create a keyed, short-lived rate-limit value. That value contains no form message and expires within 15 minutes.

Security and service operation

The form uses HTTPS, server-side validation, and anti-spam checks. The website and its hosting or email providers may process technical information needed to operate, protect, and deliver the site and email. No method of transmission or storage can be represented as completely secure.

Privacy-related requests

For a question or request about an inquiry you submitted, use the contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message. Do not include sensitive information. The request will be reviewed by Samuel Arakel; no response time is promised here.
